We understand that from time to time, situations arise that require an amendment or cancellation of a booking. Please note our booking and cancellation policies – we encourage you to consider travel insurance to protect against unexpected changes in travel plans. Payment: Total amount (50%) is charged at the time of booking.
Please make changes or cancel your booking with the same booking channel that it was originally made: direct to The Clifton Homestead, or Booking.Com, others.
Guests can cancel free of charge until 7 days before arrival , less than 7 days 50% of fee will be charged.
Amendments to booking dates can be made, 3 days or more before check-in for the same, or higher price, as their original booking for the same booking conditions and room type. Amendments cannot be made less than 1 day prior to your arrival date and will be considered a cancellation.
If guests fail to arrive or do not stay for the full number of booked nights, no refund will be provided.
