All stays must be used for private/residential use only and to accommodate the number of guests (maximum 6) stated on your booking confirmation.
No functions or parties may be conducted at the property.
Exceeding the stated number of guests will result in a termination of booking and you being required to vacate the property immediately without refund. Charges for additional guests will be debited to your Credit Card without further notice. If the amount owing is above the amount held you hereby accept this liability.
A minimum length of 2 nights applies to all bookings OVER THE WEEKENDS (FRIDAY & SATURDAY). On booking, you agree to stay for the required minimum nights.
Cleaning will be carried out on check out. A change of linen is available upon request and may incur additional fees. If a property is found to be left in an unreasonable state at check out, there may be excess cleaning charges involved. This will be determined on a case-to-case basis and a member of our team will contact the guest to advise of the excess cleaning.
Please leave the property in a neat and tidy state.
All vehicles are parked at the risk of the owner. Clifton Homestead shall not assume liability or responsibility for any vehicle, occupants, or contents while operated or parked on the property.
Unfortunately, we cannot accommodate children under the age of 13. The property is not suitable for young children.
Unfortunately, we can not accommodate pets on the property – guide dogs excepted.
Whilst you are in occupation, you are fully responsible for all breakages and damage caused to the property, its furniture fittings, or any consequent loss suffered by the Property
Owner/Agent. Any such breakages, damage or loss must be reported immediately.
There is no smoking inside any of the Properties. or within 50 meters of any entrance to the building. All butts & matches must be disposed of in a safe manner within the garbage. If there is evidence of such including a smoke odour, a penalty charge of $500 will apply for professional cleaning.
Clifton Homestead will endeavour to take all possible care but accepts no responsibility for damage or loss of equipment, merchandise or other property left on the premise during and after a guest’s stay. We advise that guests arrange their own insurance to cover such damages and/or losses.
Any equipment that is left on the property by the owner that requires forwarding will be invoiced for courier or postage before the item is sent.
50% payment for your stay is taken at the time of booking, the remainder on arrival.
The rates quoted are based on your length of stay. Rates are subject to change as a result to changes in your arrival and departure dates. Rates quoted are in Australian Dollars and inclusive of 10% GST.
